I’ve been very grateful to find my way through some open doorways of people and organizations who want to be educated more about human trafficking and domestic abuse.
I wondered if you would want to listen to some of these recent opportunities, as well?
StoryNight Podcast– This podcast is a women’s ministry of Calvary McMinnville Church and is hosted by Jessica Campbell. She is a wonderful host who seeks women’s stories that will help guide other ladies in their life’s journey. There are several great episodes and I encourage you to listen and subscribe. In mine, I reveal some early-life conditioning that paved the way for abuse in my life, how to deal as a parent if you sense something is off in your child’s dating life and how to help someone you feel might be in a controlling relationship. There is much more of my story to come so I will be joining Jessica and her team again. You can listen here on the web or via Apple Podcasts here. Thank you for having me, Jessica!
Here is a recent interview with ARMS/Abuse Recovery Ministry Services. A portion of proceeds from Innocent Lives goes to help both ARMS and the Family Justice Center of Washington County. Stacey and I talk about why this book is “the book of my heart”, the process of writing well and what I learned about trafficking while I was researching for the book.
I also got to meet with Lady Tracey of the Lady Tracey show for Unity Radio! We talk a little bit (short interview) about abuse and about the book. Tracey has a heart for abuse and especially how the church doesn’t deal so well with it. Looking forward again to chatting more with her about the subject sometime. She has a US audience but mainly audiences in the UK and Jamacia, where trafficking is also prevalent. (Forgive my “casual wear”! The radio interview itself was only audio so I thought that I could get away with comfy! Oops!)
I hope you enjoyed learning a bit about what I have been up to and how it is helping to educate others on domestic abuse and human trafficking. I wish you all an amazing week!

Thank you, Betty. Your prayers are deeply appreciated. <3
