Julie, the owner of JBB Marketing & PR, is originally from the Pacific Northwest but currently resides in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, along with her husband, 2 boys, dog, house rabbit and gecko. She works part-time for a wellness clinic and also maintains marketing clients.
Although she majored in Psychology, she found a true love of business and marketing early on in her career, in particular digital and social media marketing. She has since added marketing classes and training, and continues to use her knowledge in the psychology of people to better sales and marketing results for all of her clientele.
Julie is highly connected and maintains over 24 thousand followers on Twitter , and over 15 thousand on various Facebook and other social media groups. She is a recent graduate of Brian Carter’s Facebook Leads and Sales Machine program and teaches nationwide on the subject of social media marketing.
In her spare time, she enjoys writing, reading, gardening, spending time at the beach and also teaches a domestic violence class for women in her local area.
Becky has been writing and professionally blogging since 2008. She was the Blog Editor for Western Washington’s Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI WWA), and has been writing professionally for JBB Marketing & PR on a wide variety of subjects including tourism, transportation, and health and wellness. Becky’s background involves working over 26 years in children and family programming, including running after school and preschool programs, and also as a Library Director in Idaho for over two years.
She grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and currently resides in Yakima, Washington. She and her husband have been licensed foster parents in both Washington and Idaho, and in 2016 adopted their two girls through foster care and are adopting their newborn son in 2017. They have a house full of kids, and also 2 dogs, 2 cats and a tortoise named Sammy. Becky also works part-time as a Recruiter Peer Mentor and running Social Media in Yakima for Fostering Washington, and is also a bookseller at Inklings Bookshop.
In her limited spare time she tries running (having done two half marathons and the Hood to Coast in 2010), writes children’s books, and loves to travel, camp, and plan adventures for her family.
